The Role
Confidential Client is hiring an Executive & Office Assistant to run the front of their Orchards, WA office and provide day-to-day support for the executive team. This is an entry-level, full-time position ideal for a sharp recent graduate or early-career candidate who wants direct exposure to how a family-owned investment and property-management business operates.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (includes daily team lunch).
What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors, answer and route incoming phone calls, and manage front-desk duties.
- Monitor the main office inbox and ensure messages reach the right team member.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and routine document routing.
- Support executives with calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting materials.
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up to keep projects moving.
- Facilitate a daily team lunch meeting: coordinate food/setup, keep a running agenda, capture decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Keep the office organized and well-stocked; manage vendors and service providers.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems and track basic office expenses.
- Take on research, data-gathering, and special projects across the business as your skills and capacity grow.
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (any major). Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- 0–3 years professional experience (internships, campus leadership, part-time work count).
- Strong written and verbal communicator — confident on the phone and in email.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple calendars and competing priorities.
- Intellectually curious and quick to learn; asks good questions and seeks to understand the business context.
- Discreet and professional — will handle confidential information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software.
Requirements
- Able to work on-site in Orchards, WA, Monday through Friday.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local errands (vehicle allowance provided).
- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
Compensation, Benefits & Growth
- $40,000 – $44,000 annual salary (dependent on experience).

- $200/month vehicle allowance and a phone allowance.
