What You’ll Do
Confidential client is hiring an Executive Leadership Associate to increase executive capacity for two Executive Vice Presidents who oversee Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Quality. You will act as a trusted first point of contact, anticipate executive needs, and filter routine requests so the EVPs can focus on strategy, customers, and organizational leadership. This role includes calendar and inbox management, meeting and Board preparation, travel coordination, and cross‑functional project support.
- Proactively manage executive calendars, prioritize requests, resolve conflicts, and protect blocks of time for strategic work.
- Monitor and triage executive email; identify priorities, route requests, draft routine responses, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the EVPs; resolve routine administrative matters and escalate issues requiring executive attention.
- Coordinate with the EVPs’ teams, customers, suppliers, Board members, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, collect pre‑reads and supporting materials, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow‑through.
- Track executive priorities, commitments, risks, deadlines, owners, and required decisions; follow up and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate recurring leadership and cross‑functional reviews across Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
- Support Board preparation including scheduling, presentation version control, rehearsals, and post‑Board follow up.
- Arrange executive travel and external meeting logistics — itineraries, transportation, accommodations, customer/supplier visits, and schedule changes.
- Draft, edit, and format executive presentations, briefing materials, correspondence, and reports.
- Process executive expenses and maintain secure, organized records.
- Support cross‑functional priorities and special projects; proactively gather information, request decisions, and follow up on deliverables.
- Continuously improve administrative processes, communication flow, and meeting effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and consistent follow‑through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional presence; comfortable working with senior leaders.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
- Self‑starter mentality with initiative, ownership, adaptability, and the ability to work with limited direction.
- Strong business curiosity and problem‑solving ability; quick to understand commercial, technical, and operational priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior executive support experience is a plus but not required — relevant internships or experience in business, engineering, manufacturing, finance, project coordination, or similar environments is valued.
- Experience coordinating meetings, projects, events, travel, or cross‑functional activities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams; quick to learn new productivity tools.
- Exposure to aerospace, defense, manufacturing, engineering, or other technical environments, or demonstrated leadership through internships, academics, military service, athletics, or student organizations.
Physical Requirements
- Regular use of a computer and office productivity equipment; may remain stationary for extended periods.
- Frequent movement throughout office and manufacturing areas to attend meetings and coordinate activities; occasional travel may be required.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 lbs.

Compensation & Employment Type
- Employment type: FULL_TIME.
- Estimated pay (from source): $93,456 per year (estimated).
