Role summary

This Executive Assistant (Entry Level) role provides high-quality executive support to two senior leaders in the Talent and Adult Market group. You will manage complex calendars and logistics, prepare materials and communications, and support team and department initiatives and events. This position is based in Johnson City, TN and generally requires regular in-office presence (~2–3 days per week).


Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage complex executive calendars; prioritize competing requests, protect focus time, and ensure executives are prepared for key meetings.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and executive travel; prepare agendas, materials, and context.
  • Anticipate follow‑through needs and manage deadlines, reminders, expense reports, and other administrative logistics.
  • Serve as a primary contact for senior leaders and their administrative partners to ensure smooth calendar and event coordination.
  • Provide end‑to‑end support for leadership and department meetings: agenda development, presenter coordination, note-taking, and tracking decisions and next steps.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive and department communications, presentations, weekly updates, and newsletters.
  • Support planning and execution of team gatherings and department events, including logistics, communications, and attendee experience.
  • Help manage distribution lists, shared inboxes, calendars, Slack channels, and other department systems to keep information current and organized.
  • Partner with functional teams on selected projects and recurring processes to improve efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Entry-level (0+ years) — eager to learn and take on responsibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Proactive problem solving and reliable follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable asking clarifying questions and seeking context to produce high-quality work.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience creating polished deliverables in PowerPoint and Excel; strong presentation and deck-development skills.

  • Anticipated starting salary: $45,000 per year.

Additional details

  • Work location: Johnson City, TN. Regular in-office presence is expected (roughly 2–3 days/week).
