What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Capture photo and video content on-site for digital use
- Design graphics and edit short- and long-form video content
- Monitor trends and recommend ideas to increase reach and engagement
- Manage community engagement across channels
- Track performance using social analytics tools and Google Analytics
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Coordinate deadlines with designers, printers, and vendors
- Create and distribute brochures, flyers, digital ads, and promotional materials
- Update website content for accuracy and relevance
- Maintain organized marketing asset library (photo, video, artwork, ads)
- Assist with events, trade shows, and community outreach
- Track campaign timelines and support the Marketing Manager with deliverables
- Manage inventory of promotional items
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or marketing support (internships included)
- Experience creating and editing short- and long-form video content
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with social media analytics and digital marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
