Estate & Trust Associate/Senior
The Estate & Trust Associate/Senior at Confidential Client is responsible for preparing estate and trust tax returns, estimates, and projections while collaborating closely with the tax team. This role emphasizes hands-on training, problem-solving, and client-focused service, offering opportunities for professional growth including CPA exam preparation and exposure to complex tax projects.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare estimates, projections, and tax returns with a focus on estate and trust matters.
- Organize and maintain clear work papers, keep an open-items list, and perform a self-review before submission.
- Analyze, interpret, and research tax issues specific to estates and trusts based on client circumstances.
- Collaborate closely with Seniors, Managers, and other tax team members on client deliverables.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal reviewers and, when appropriate, to clients.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet charge-hour and realization expectations while delivering accurate work products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with appropriate accounting hours.
- Foundational understanding of tax law, specifically estate and trust taxation.
- For Associate level: entry-level candidates accepted; for Senior level: 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship.

Compensation
- Estimated pay: $77,364 per year (estimated).
