What You’ll Do

As an ERP Architect I supporting Confidential Client, you will design, configure and support ERP systems and related training. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, implement system configuration, create documentation, and deliver training to maximize ERP adoption.

  • Analyze business needs and process flows to design and implement ERP applications and configurations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and map workflows.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Troubleshoot ERP performance issues and improve security, stability, and functionality.
  • Design, generate and monitor reports to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  • Develop user training materials, maintain LMS courses, and deliver on-site training.
  • Support testing, configuration, and advanced ERP projects as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree and 0–3 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in the discipline.
  • Able to follow established procedures and receive direction from senior staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (IT or Business preferred).
  • Experience with business analytics, requirements gathering, ERP management, process mapping, functional testing, and software configuration.
  • Skills in data analysis, process improvement, documentation, and requirements analysis.

Working Conditions & Travel

  • Primarily office-based in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk/computer for extended periods.
  • 25–50% travel expected for onsite training and implementation support.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated salary: $73,645 per year (estimated).
