What You’ll Do

Confidential client is hiring teachers for the 2026–27 school year in Eastchester, NY. This role is in-person and focuses on delivering a structured, rigorous K-12 classroom experience. You do not need a prior background in education to apply — we’ll provide intensive training and coaching.

• Plan and deliver daily lessons aligned to curriculum standards.
• Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to support learning.
• Manage classrooms of 20+ scholars, maintaining a structured and respectful learning environment.
• Assess student progress via assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback to support growth.
• Keep accurate records of student performance.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, and school colleagues to support student success.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leadership on instructional planning and school initiatives.
