Position Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Sales Operations Analyst to support sales and employer-partnership initiatives in Highland Park, TX. This role focuses on CRM maintenance, pipeline tracking, reporting and basic data analysis to help the team improve partner engagement and streamline sales processes. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, data-curious, collaborative, and motivated to support equitable, mission-driven outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM and related sales-operations systems to ensure accurate employer and participant records.
  • Track employer partnership pipelines, outreach activity, and placement outcomes.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations on KPIs for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with basic forecasting, trend identification, and data analysis to inform sales strategy and program improvements.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up for meetings with employer partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and partnership staff to align data, processes, and communications.
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices to improve operations efficiency and data integrity.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance educational pathways and employer engagement.

Required Skills & Tools

  • CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic charts)
  • Basic data analysis and reporting
  • Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) — familiarity preferred
  • Presentation creation (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Basic project coordination and organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Foundational coursework or training in data analysis, business analytics, or statistics.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar); Salesforce admin/analyst coursework is a plus.
  • Internship, fellowship, or practicum experience in sales operations, analytics, or program operations preferred.
  • Open to early-career candidates with demonstrated analytical curiosity and strong organizational habits.

Compensation & Employment Details

  • Location: Highland Park, TX (onsite / local)
  • Employment type: Full-time or Contractor (as applicable)
  • Salary: $68,000 - $84,000 per year
