Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level team member to work directly with children (ages 2–7) in a center-based clinical environment. This full-time role uses evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support developmental goals, with paid training and certification support (RBT process covered). No prior experience required — training is provided at full pay.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $18.00 - $21.63 per hour (pay depends on experience and education)
• Employment type: Full time (30+ hours qualifies for full-time benefits)
• Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday; no nights or weekend requirements

Responsibilities

• • Work 1:1 with children (ages 2–7) using ABA-informed techniques
• • Implement and track therapeutic goals; collect and record data
• • Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities (play, movement, reading, singing)
• • Communicate progress and feedback with supervisors and families
• • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive therapy environment

Qualifications

• • Minimum: High school diploma or GED
• • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or related field
• • Experience in childcare, special education, behavioral health, or paraprofessional roles is a plus but not required
• • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
• • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and person-centered care
• • Passion for working with children with developmental needs
