What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level team members to work 1:1 with children (ages 2–7) in a clinical or center-based setting using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approaches. This is an excellent role for candidates new to behavioral health or childcare who want paid training, meaningful work, and room to grow.
- Provide direct, one-on-one support implementing ABA-based activities and therapeutic goals
- Collect and record data on learner progress and follow treatment plans
- Use play, movement, singing, reading and structured activities to teach communication, social, self-care and safety skills
- Communicate progress and observations clearly with supervisors and families
- Maintain a safe, clean and engaging therapy space
- Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, sociology or related field preferred
- No prior ABA experience required — paid training and supervision provided
- Passion for working with young children, including those with autism spectrum disorder or developmental delays
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusion and teamwork
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay range: $18.00 to $21.63 per hour (starting rate depends on experience and education)
- Full-time schedule (30+ hours) — primarily Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends in most roles
- Employment type: FULL_TIME
