Overview

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level team members to work 1:1 with young children (ages 2–7) in a center-based clinical setting in Bloomington, MN. This role focuses on implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, collecting data, and supporting therapeutic goals. No prior ABA experience is required — paid training and RBT certification support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Work 1:1 with children aged 2–7 using evidence-based ABA methods in a clinical/center-based environment.
• Implement and track progress on therapeutic goals; collect and document data accurately.
• Engage children through play, movement, singing, reading and structured teaching to build social, communication, self-care and safety skills.
• Communicate progress and observations with supervisors and families.
• Help keep therapy spaces clean, safe and stimulating.

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment types: FULL_TIME and PART_TIME available.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Part-time schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Pay: $18.00 to $21.63 per hour, depending on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree (psychology, sociology, child development or related) preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in childcare, education, behavioral health, or as a paraprofessional is a plus — but not required.
• Genuine interest in working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass required background checks.
• Commitment to working in a diverse, inclusive environment.
