What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level team members to work 1:1 with children (ages 2–7) in a clinic/center setting using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approaches. You'll support therapeutic goals through play, data collection, and consistent, compassionate care.
- Deliver direct one-on-one support using ABA techniques
- Collect and record progress data and implementation notes
- Lead play-based activities that support social, communication, self-care, and safety skills
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging therapy space
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, clinicians, and families about progress and next steps

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or a related field preferred
- Previous childcare, paraprofessional, or behavioral health experience is a plus but not required
- Genuine interest in working with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass required background checks
- Commitment to working as part of a diverse, collaborative team
Location & Compensation
- Location: Bloomington, MN (on-site / clinic-based)
- Pay: $18.00 — $21.63 per hour (range disclosed per applicable state pay-transparency guidance)
