Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level - Wealth Manager in Cupertino, CA. This is an in-office, full-time opportunity designed for candidates beginning a career in wealth management who want structured training, FINRA sponsorship, and stable pay while they build a client book. The role focuses on client engagement, financial strategy development, and recommending appropriate products and services under supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach, networking events and consistent follow-up.
- Assist in portfolio management and client progress tracking.
- Assess clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance; support creation of tailored financial strategies.
- Present financial products and service recommendations aligned to client needs.
- Work closely with coaches, mentors and senior advisors to learn best practices and compliance procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow all regulatory and firm-required processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a values-driven mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with self-motivation and a desire to positively impact clients’ financial lives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and learn from high-performing teams.
- Licensing: candidate should be prepared to pursue required licenses (State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66P) — sponsorship provided where required.
Training & Development
- FINRA sponsorship provided for required licensing.
- Comprehensive 120-day Preliminary Employment Period (PEP) with hands-on training.

- Personalized coaching from local leadership and the possibility to attend Leadership Development School.
- Encouragement and support to pursue professional credentials (CFP®, ChFC, and firm-specific coaching credentials).
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated total pay (market estimate): $95,498 per year (source estimate).
- Stable pay program during initial employment: $40,900 annually based on a structured 40-hour workweek (eligibility details provided during hiring).
- Sign-on payment eligibility: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement and successful completion of required company-sponsored FINRA licensing within the specified timeline.
- In addition to stable pay, eligible financial professionals may earn commissions and bonuses.
- Benefits (subject to eligibility and plan terms): health, dental, vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), disability, life insurance, and transportation reimbursement programs.
Location & Work Conditions
- Location: Cupertino, CA — in-office presence required.
