What You’ll Do

As a Wealth Management Associate (Entry-level) for our confidential client you will support client-facing financial professionals and help clients pursue their financial goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Build and nurture client relationships through networking, outreach and timely follow-up
  • Assist with portfolio management activities and client progress tracking
  • Help gather client information, document financial objectives and risk tolerance
  • Support preparation of personalized financial recommendations and product consultations
  • Participate in client meetings and joint work alongside senior advisors
  • Maintain in-office collaboration with the team (in-office presence required)
  • Follow compliance processes and support licensing/registration tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Interest in obtaining or holding required industry licenses (State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
  • Values-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to positively impact clients’ lives
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; professional confidence
  • Ability to collaborate with and learn from top performers
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship implied unless stated)

Training & Development

Our confidential client provides structured training and ongoing development to help you build a career in wealth management:

  • FINRA sponsorship provided where required for licensing
  • Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): a comprehensive 120-day hands-on training program
  • Access to Virtual University learning resources and continuous education
  • Mentorship, joint client work and personalized coaching from local leaders
  • Leadership Development School and support to pursue CFP®, ChFC and other credentials

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated annual compensation (site estimate): $82,597 per year (estimated)
  • Sign-on payment eligibility: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement and completing required company-sponsored FINRA registrations
  • Stable pay during initial ramp: structured biweekly pay (example: $31,700 annually during early employment period)
  • Opportunity to earn commissions and performance bonuses in addition to stable pay
  • Benefits eligibility for eligible financial professionals: health, dental, vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), disability, life insurance and transportation reimbursement programs (subject to terms)

Location & Work Authorization

  • Location: Glendale, CO — in-office presence required
