What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry‑Level Water Resources Engineer in Maitland, FL to support water and wastewater design, planning, and construction administration for municipal clients in the Southeast. This is an early‑career role where you will work with senior engineers, EITs, CADD technicians, and subconsultants on a variety of projects including treatment facilities, distribution systems, pump stations, and collection systems.

• Support planning and design of water/wastewater treatment and collection/distribution systems
• Prepare plan details, calculations, material quantities, and cost estimates
• Assist in preparation of technical specifications and proposals
• Review vendor submittals and drawings for compliance with specifications
• Prepare technical reports and portions of larger project deliverables
• Perform field measurements and data collection as needed
• Provide support during construction administration and project closeout

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field (ABET accredited program preferred)
• Entry‑level candidates with an engineering degree or equivalent working knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with engineering design software and automated drafting tools (CADD) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn from and collaborate with senior engineers and project teams
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Location: Maitland, FL (on‑site or hybrid as determined by the client)
• Estimated pay: $92,732 per year (estimated figure provided in source posting)
• Employment type: Full‑time, permanent
