What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Technical Product Consultant working on TriZetto healthcare products. This role is ideal for early-career technologists who want hands-on experience in healthcare IT, product support, and software troubleshooting.

  • Assist in designing, developing, supporting, and troubleshooting healthcare software products.
  • Investigate and resolve technical incidents; reproduce issues, gather logs and diagnostic information.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to document defects, recommend fixes, and validate resolutions.
  • Participate in customer-facing troubleshooting and incident management when required.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, runbooks, and product documentation.
  • Learn and apply best practices for testing, deployment, and documentation across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and reproduce reported issues in enterprise payer systems.
  • Use logs, SQL queries, and debugging techniques to analyze system behavior.
  • Escalate and collaborate with engineering teams for defect resolution.
  • Communicate status and technical findings clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear, professional customer communication for support incidents.
  • Follow incident management and change control processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related).
  • Basic programming knowledge in one or more of: Java, Python, SQL.
  • Internship or academic experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work on global teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with healthcare domain concepts (payer systems, claims, benefits).
  • Experience or coursework with .NET, Oracle/SQL Server, or enterprise application support.
  • Exposure to AI/Copilot tools or automation for support workflows.
  • Customer-facing or incident management experience.

Location & Start Date

Location: Tarrytown, TX (authoritative job location for this posting).

Start Date: October 2026.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $65,000 per year (final offer may vary based on experience and qualifications).
  • Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive program, subject to plan terms.
