Position Overview

Confidential Client is hiring for an Entry-Level TriZetto Revenue Operations role focused on financial and operational support for a healthcare-focused product team. This is a hands-on analyst position ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals who excel with Excel, VBA, and financial analysis and who want to work with AI tools to accelerate business decisions.

What You’ll Do

You will support the financial rigor and operational needs of the product practice. Typical responsibilities include:

• Serve as a support function for business and finance deliverables (examples: mapping associates to job functions)
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and VBA macros to automate recurring analysis
• Support income statement analysis and financial planning activities
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and speed decision-making
• Own tasks end-to-end and drive them to closure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or general business (or equivalent)
• Strong, hands-on Excel skills (comfortable using Excel for capstone/graduation project-level work)
• Experience writing VBA macros in Excel
• Good understanding of income statements and basic financial planning/analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude; self-starter who drives tasks to completion
• Experience using AI tools to augment business analysis is a plus

Location & Start Date

New hires will be employed at Confidential Client offices and/or client locations in Englewood, CO. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already local. Start date is targeted for October 2026; exact start dates will be provided during the hiring process.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $65,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive (subject to plan terms)
• Benefits (subject to eligibility): medical, dental, vision, life insurance; paid holidays and PTO; 401(k) with contributions; long-term/short-term disability; paid parental leave; employee stock purchase plan.
