What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Financial Operations Analyst to support the TriZetto product area. This role focuses on hands-on financial analysis, Excel/VBA automation, and supporting routine financial and business deliverables that help the practice run efficiently.

• Serve as a business support partner for finance-related deliverables (examples: mapping associates to job functions, recurring reconciliations).
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and VBA macros to automate recurring analyses.
• Support income statement review, financial planning tasks, and related reporting.
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis and decision-making.
• Own assigned tasks end-to-end and drive them to closure with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong, hands-on Excel skills (comfortable building models similar to a capstone or graduation project).
• Experience writing VBA macros or similar automation in Excel.
• Basic understanding of income statements and financial planning concepts.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset; self-starter who can work independently.
• Experience using AI tools to support business analysis is a plus.

Location & Start Date

• Primary work location: SoMa, CA (San Francisco area). This position will be based in-office or at client locations as required.
• Target start: October 2026.
• Applicants must be willing to work onsite in the assigned location. Relocation expectations and final assignment will depend on business needs.

Salary & Compensation

• Annual salary: $65,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Eligible for the client’s discretionary annual incentive program (subject to plan terms).
