Role Summary

This is an entry-level, field-based role for a confidential client in the Engineering industry. You'll work nationwide on large-scale energy-efficiency projects, performing on-site lighting audits and data collection. This position is travel-heavy (weekdays) and includes full training.

• Up to US$50,000 per year + Quarterly Bonuses (approx. $10k annually) + 5% bonus
• Per diem, full travel expenses covered, and you may keep frequent flyer miles
• Based in Minneapolis, MN with nationwide Monday–Friday travel

Key Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide Monday–Friday, visiting multiple sites per week
• Perform on-site lighting audits (count fixtures, map layouts)
• Record and input data using a tablet and Excel
• Manage your own travel logistics, expenses, and reporting
• Support project teams to deliver energy-saving solutions on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Comfortable with ~90% travel and independent, field-based work
• Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid U.S. driving license and ability to obtain a corporate credit card for expenses

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to US$50,000 per year (final pay dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Quarterly bonuses (totaling approximately $10,000 annually) plus an additional 5% bonus potential
• Per diem and full travel expenses paid (flights, lodging, mileage as applicable)
