About the Role

Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Transportation Engineer to join their Tucson, AZ team. This is an early-career, full-time opportunity for a recent Civil Engineering graduate to build design and analysis skills on real transportation projects. The position is expected to start in Fall 2026 and follows a hybrid work model.

What You’ll Do

• Build analytic and design skills under the supervision of senior engineers
• Conduct engineering design tasks and support project delivery
• Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under supervision
• Collect and analyze field and planning data to support engineering decisions
• Use engineering software tools to solve basic engineering problems
• Complete assigned work consistent with project budgets and schedules

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Preferred:

• General understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation from coursework, projects, or internships

• Newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at a client office location as a condition of employment.
• Work model: Hybrid (local Tucson office + remote as agreed).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: USD 60,132.23 - USD 82,681.81 per year (range provided by Confidential Client; final offer based on education, qualifications and experience).
