Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level through experienced classroom teachers for the 2026–27 school year in Yonkers, NY. You do not need prior classroom experience to apply — the role includes intensive, ongoing training and coaching designed to prepare you to deliver high-quality instruction and to grow into leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

Confidential Client expects teachers to deliver excellent daily instruction, manage a productive classroom, and work closely with families and colleagues to help every student reach their potential.

• Plan and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage a diverse group of learners.
• Manage a classroom of approximately 20+ scholars, maintaining structure and high expectations.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and observations and provide timely feedback.
• Keep accurate records of student performance and use data to adjust instruction.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with other teachers and school staff.

Minimum Qualifications & Compliance

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $65,000—$75,000 USD per year. Exact pay will depend on experience and qualifications.
