What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring teachers for the 2026–27 school year who will deliver high-impact, standards-aligned instruction and support whole-child development. This role is ideal for candidates with strong content interest, resilience, and a growth mindset — no prior classroom experience required.

• Plan and deliver daily lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning goals.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage learners.
• Manage a class of 20+ scholars, maintaining high expectations and consistent routines.
• Assess student progress with assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback.
• Keep accurate student records and communicate student progress to families.
• Collaborate with colleagues, instructional coaches, and school leadership to support student outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
• Authorization to work in the United States (Confidential Client cannot provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this role).
• Ability to work in person in New York City / West New York area as required.
• Commitment to the mission and to ongoing professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $65,000 — $75,000 USD (exact pay depends on skills and experience).
