Key Responsibilities
Confidential Client seeks passionate educators to deliver high-quality instruction and support student growth. Responsibilities include:
- Study and implement lesson plans that align with the provided curriculum and standards
- Utilize varied instructional strategies and classroom technology to engage students
- Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars and maintain a productive learning environment
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations
- Provide timely, actionable feedback and maintain accurate student performance records
- Communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues about academic progress and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and school leaders to support student success and school initiatives
- Participate in professional development, coaching, and performance feedback cycles
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of employment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for teaching, learning, and student development
- Ability to work in person at the assigned school location (Teterboro, NJ)

Compensation & Benefits
Exact compensation varies by experience. Visible range for this posting:
- Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD
