What You’ll Do

This in-person K-12 classroom role with our confidential client is a full-time teaching position for the 2026–27 school year. You will deliver standards-aligned instruction, maintain a structured classroom environment, and support scholars’ academic growth.

• Implement lesson plans that align with the provided curriculum and learning standards
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage learners
• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars and maintain clear routines and expectations
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations and provide timely feedback
• Keep accurate records of student performance and growth
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to support scholar success
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed prior to your first day of work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to student growth and learning
• Ability to work in person in Scarsdale, NY (role requires onsite presence)
• Teaching certification or a Master’s degree is NOT required for this role
