What You’ll Do
This in-person K-12 classroom role with our confidential client is a full-time teaching position for the 2026–27 school year. You will deliver standards-aligned instruction, maintain a structured classroom environment, and support scholars’ academic growth.
- Implement lesson plans that align with the provided curriculum and learning standards
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage learners
- Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars and maintain clear routines and expectations
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations and provide timely feedback
- Keep accurate records of student performance and growth
- Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to support scholar success
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed prior to your first day of work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to student growth and learning
- Ability to work in person in Scarsdale, NY (role requires onsite presence)
- Teaching certification or a Master’s degree is NOT required for this role

- Competitive base pay with demonstrated compensation range: $65,000 — $75,000 USD
