What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring teachers for the 2026–27 school year. You will deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction, manage a classroom of scholars, and partner with colleagues and families to support student growth.

• Study and implement lesson plans that align with the provided curriculum
• Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to increase student engagement
• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars and maintain a positive, productive learning environment
• Assess student progress using assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to families
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and school leaders to support scholar success
• Participate in ongoing professional development and coaching; pursue leadership growth opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree completed before your first day with Confidential Client
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for student learning and development
• Ability to work in person at the Pelham, NY location

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $65,000 — $75,000 USD (exact offer will depend on skills and experience)
