What You’ll Do

This full-time K–12 teaching role (hiring for the 2026–27 school year) puts you in the classroom to deliver a rigorous, whole-child education. You’ll receive a proven curriculum and intensive training so you can focus on instruction and student growth.

  • Study and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
  • Deliver engaging instruction using a variety of teaching strategies and classroom technology.
  • Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars with consistent routines and high expectations.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observation; provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and use data to tailor instruction.
  • Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to support a productive learning environment.
  • Communicate regularly with students, families, and school staff about academic and behavioral progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to support student success and participate in professional development and coaching.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and commitment to advancing scholar outcomes.
  • Ability to work in person in New York City (this role is not remote).

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation range (posted): $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact pay depends on skills and experience).
