Role Overview

Confidential Client is building a founding teacher team in Miami, FL and seeks entry-level to experienced classroom teachers. This in-person role requires fluency in both Spanish and English. No prior teaching certification or a Master's degree is required—we provide intensive training, coaching, and fast career pathways for educators from diverse backgrounds.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues and instructional leaders; actively seek and apply coaching to improve instruction and student outcomes.
  • Serve as an ambassador of a high-expectations adult culture by demonstrating professionalism, ownership, and a focus on college readiness.
  • Engage families through regular, productive communication about academics, behavior, and student progress.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students and create a classroom culture of joy, rigor, and high expectations.
  • Deeply study curriculum, complete assignments and assessments to understand intellectual demands, and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction.
  • Regularly analyze student work and assessment data to evaluate learning and refine instruction.
  • Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students; establish and consistently enforce routines and expectations that maximize learning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed prior to your first day of work.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for learning, resilience, and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.
