What You’ll Do
You will join the founding team and help establish the school’s culture, routines, and instructional excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that drives mastery
- Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students with consistent routines
- Deeply study curriculum materials and model lessons to master content
- Use student work and assessment data to identify gaps and drive improvement
- Provide timely, actionable feedback that strengthens student thinking
- Engage families regularly and build trusting partnerships to support student growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, accept coaching, and continuously refine practice
Who We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work
- Fluency in English required; bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience, drive, and a growth mindset — you’ll be coached and expected to improve quickly
- Commitment to high expectations for every student and attention to detail
- Ability to work in person in Miami Beach, FL (see Location & Work Requirements)
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation (listed by the Confidential Client): $55,000. Exact pay may vary by skills and experience.

- Work site: In-person in Miami Beach, FL (Miami Beach, FL — must be able to commute or relocate).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
