Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level to Experienced Teacher for the 2026–27 school year in Irvington, NJ. This full-time, in-person K-12 classroom role provides extensive training, a proven curriculum, and a clear path to leadership for committed educators. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree (required before your first day) may apply — prior classroom experience or advanced certifications are not required.
What You’ll Do
You will deliver high-quality instruction and support scholar growth in a structured, collaborative school environment. Typical responsibilities include:
- Study and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and standards
- Use a range of instructional strategies and classroom technologies to deepen learning
- Manage a class of 20+ scholars and maintain a productive classroom environment
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations
- Provide timely feedback and remedial support to help students improve
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Communicate regularly with students, families, and guardians about academic and behavioral progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to support scholar success
- Participate in coaching, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
- Pursue leadership opportunities within the school or network when available
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum and preferred qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work with the confidential client
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student development
- Ability to work on-site in Irvington, NJ (assigned school locations)
- Comfortable receiving and applying coaching and feedback
- Teaching certification or a master’s degree is not required

Compensation
Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD per year. Exact compensation will vary based on experience and role assignment. Performance-based incentives and regular salary growth opportunities are available.
