About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring bilingual (Spanish/English) teachers to join a founding K‑12 charter school team in Homestead, FL. This role welcomes candidates at all experience levels — from entry-level candidates without prior classroom experience to experienced teachers — and provides intensive training, world-class coaching, and clear pathways to career growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver rigorous, engaging instruction aligned to the school’s curriculum to drive student mastery.
  • Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students, maintaining a structured, joyful learning environment.
  • Study curriculum materials and model assignments to understand intellectual demands and prepare lessons.
  • Regularly analyze student work and assessment data; reflect and adapt instruction to improve outcomes.
  • Provide timely, actionable feedback to students to strengthen thinking and performance.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students and engage families through regular, productive communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, accept coaching, and implement feedback to improve instruction and student results.
  • Serve as an ambassador of a high-expectations adult culture — modeling professionalism, ownership, and consistency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English — fluency in both languages is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A growth mindset, resilience, and a commitment to high standards for every student.
  • Ability to work in person in Homestead, Florida.

Compensation
