Entry-Level to Experienced Teacher
This role is for an entry-level to experienced bilingual (Spanish-English) teacher joining the founding team of Confidential Client's new Miami charter school. The teacher will deliver rigorous, engaging instruction, build a positive classroom culture, engage families, and continuously improve through coaching and data analysis. Role Overview
Confidential Client is expanding in South Florida and hiring Entry-Level to Experienced Teachers to join a founding Fort Lauderdale team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about student growth, eager to learn, and ready to be trained and coached — you do not need a prior education background to succeed. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this position.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders; actively seek and apply feedback to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
- Serve as an ambassador of a high-expectations adult culture: demonstrate professionalism, ownership, and consistency.
- Engage families regularly and productively to support students’ academic growth and behavior.
- Build trusting relationships with students and maintain a classroom culture of joy, rigor, and high expectations.
- Study and master the curriculum, assignments, and learning goals; complete course work and assessments to understand instructional demands.
- Deliver rigorous, engaging lessons that drive student mastery.
- Regularly analyze student work and assessment data to measure learning and adjust instruction quickly.
- Provide timely, actionable feedback to strengthen student thinking and performance.
- Lead and manage classrooms of ~25+ students; establish and enforce routines and expectations that maximize learning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed prior to your first day of work.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
- Ability to work in person in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- Willingness to participate in intensive training and ongoing coaching.

- Estimated salary: $64,718 per year (estimated). Exact compensation may vary by skills and experience.
