About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring full-time classroom teachers for the 2026–27 school year. This role welcomes candidates from a wide range of backgrounds — you do not need prior classroom experience to succeed. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in hand before their first day of employment. The role requires in-person work (ability to work on-site in New York City is required); the position is listed in the Elizabethport, NJ area.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan and deliver daily lessons that align to curriculum standards and grade-level goals.
  • Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage scholars.
  • Manage a classroom of 20+ students with clear routines and consistent expectations.
  • Assess student progress via assignments, quizzes, observations, and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and growth.
  • Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to support scholar success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to student growth, resilient mindset, and coachability.
  • Willingness and ability to work in-person in New York City (onsite).
  • Teaching certification or a Master’s degree is not required for this opening.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact pay depends on experience and skills).
