What You’ll Do
Join a fast-growing charter-school network as a full-time classroom teacher delivering high-impact instruction and student growth in Brooklyn, NY.
- Plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons that engage students and drive achievement.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and classroom technologies to support learning.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars with clear routines and positive behavior systems.
- Assess student progress with assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely, actionable feedback.
- Keep accurate records of student performance and collaborate with colleagues to support scholar success.
- Communicate regularly with families about academic progress and behavior.

Compensation & Employment Type
- Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD per year (exact compensation will vary with experience).
