What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring Entry-Level to Experienced teachers for full-time K–12 classroom roles in Bronx, NY. You will deliver standards-aligned lessons, assess scholar progress, build strong classroom culture, and collaborate with colleagues and families to support student growth.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that follow the provided curriculum and standards.
- Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technology to support learning.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ students and maintain clear routines and expectations.
- Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, and observations; provide timely feedback.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to families.
- Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and support staff to address scholar needs and improve instruction.
- Participate in professional development, coaching cycles, and school-wide initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for working with K–12 students and commitment to scholar growth.
- Ability to work on-site in Bronx, NY (this position is not remote).

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD per year (exact pay depends on experience and role).
- Full-time position with benefits beginning day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
