Overview

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level through experienced in-person educators to join a founding team launching K‑12 charter schools in Miami, Florida. This role is full-time and ideal for candidates who bring resilience, a growth mindset, and a commitment to high expectations and joyful classroom culture. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as an ambassador of the school’s adult culture: demonstrate professionalism, ownership, and a relentless focus on student success.
  • Build trusting relationships with students and families to support academic growth and strong classroom culture.
  • Study and deliver the provided curriculum with rigor and fidelity; complete course texts, assignments, and assessments to internalize content.
  • Teach engaging lessons that drive mastery, provide timely feedback, and use assessment data to inform instruction.
  • Manage and lead a classroom of 25+ students by establishing and enforcing consistent routines and expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leaders; actively seek and apply coaching to improve instruction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across teams and apply feedback to strengthen student outcomes.
  • Engage families regularly and productively about student progress and behavior.
  • Analyze student work and assessment data to identify learning gaps and adapt instruction.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback that advances students’ thinking and performance.
  • Maintain classroom systems that maximize learning time and student engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required before your first day of work.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English — required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for student development and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.
  • Teaching certification and Master’s degree are NOT required.

  • Exact compensation may vary by experience. The source listing includes an estimated annual figure; final pay is commensurate with experience and role.
