What You’ll Do

As an Entry‑level Technical Analyst for our confidential client you will join cross-functional teams to help design, integrate, test, document, and support IT solutions. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Develop an understanding of the client’s industry, customers, business objectives and technology environment
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and teammates by asking thoughtful questions and clarifying business and technical needs
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and technical tasks with cross-functional teams
  • Support applications, systems, data integrations and automation efforts using foundational technical concepts
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to help ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and project deliverables to support implementation and knowledge transfer
  • Use modern and AI‑enabled tools to support analysis, documentation, testing and solution development while applying responsible AI practices (privacy, security, transparency and human oversight)
  • Communicate progress and results to technical and non‑technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship. Some assignments may require U.S. citizenship and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
  • Curiosity, professionalism, and a strong desire for continuous learning
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Foundational understanding of technology concepts: applications, systems, data integrations and the software development lifecycle
  • Exposure to technical tools such as programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, or JavaScript), databases, APIs/system integration, cloud technologies and/or automation tools (through coursework, internships, projects or self‑study)
  • Interest in learning and responsibly applying AI‑enabled tools and modern automation technologies

Compensation & Role Details

  • Employment type: Full‑time, Permanent
  • Estimated compensation range (provided by the confidential client): $58,000 — $105,300 per year
    • This range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, skills, and the needs of the assignment.
  • Note: Pay range was provided by the employer and is included for transparency where available.
