Position Overview

Confidential Client is hiring teachers across experience levels for its K-12 charter school network. This role is ideal for motivated candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree (required before your first day) and want to join a fast-paced, mission-driven school environment that provides proven curriculum, deep training, and clear leadership pathways.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver daily lessons that align with the provided curriculum and standards.
  • Use a range of instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage scholars.
  • Manage classroom of 20+ students, maintaining routines that support high academic expectations.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and observations and provide timely, actionable feedback.
  • Keep accurate records of student work and achievement.
  • Communicate regularly with families and caregivers about academic progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders to refine practice and support student growth.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, coaching cycles, and performance feedback.
  • Pursue available leadership opportunities within the school or network (grade-lead, assistant principal track, or network office roles).

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of employment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to student growth and high academic expectations.
  • Ability to work in person in New York City (role requires on-site presence).
  • Teaching certification and advanced degrees (Master’s) are NOT required.
  • Confidential Client does not sponsor employment-based immigration for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation range: $65,000 — $75,000 USD (exact pay depends on experience and qualifications).
