What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring classroom teachers for the 2026–27 school year. You will deliver standards-aligned instruction, manage a classroom of ~20+ scholars, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues and families to drive student growth.

• Plan and deliver daily lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and educational technology to engage students.
• Manage classroom routines, enforce expectations, and maintain a productive learning environment.
• Assess student work through assignments, quizzes, and observations; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, and teammates to support student success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
• Ability to work in person in New York City (this role is not remote).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience, commitment to excellence, and openness to coaching.
• Passion for subject matter and continuous professional growth.

Compensation

• Compensation range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact pay will vary based on experience and location).
• This role is full-time.
