What You’ll Do

• Study and implement lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards.
• Deliver daily instruction using varied strategies and classroom technologies.
• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars with established routines and high expectations.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues to support student success.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to implement school initiatives.

What We Look For

• A bachelor’s degree completed prior to your first day of work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience, drive, and a growth mindset — you’ll be coached and challenged.
• Commitment to high standards, attention to detail, and consistency in classroom routines.
• Passion for subject matter and a desire to keep improving through feedback.
• Ability to work in person in New York City / New Rochelle area.
• (Teaching certification and Master’s degrees are not required.)

• Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact offer varies by experience).
