What You’ll Do
This in-person K-12 teaching role (hiring for the 2026–27 school year) is ideal for candidates at any experience level who hold a bachelor’s degree before their first day of work. You will deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction and help scholars develop into confident thinkers and learners.
- Plan and deliver daily lessons that align to the school curriculum and learning objectives
- Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage students
- Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars and maintain a productive learning environment
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and observations; provide timely feedback
- Track and maintain accurate records of student performance and growth
- Communicate regularly with families about academic progress and behavioral expectations
- Collaborate with grade-level teammates, support staff, and school leaders to support student success
- Participate in coaching, professional development, and data-driven planning to improve outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day with our client
- Ability to work in-person in Mount Vernon, NY / New York City area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to student growth and learning

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact pay depends on experience and role placement)
