What You’ll Do
- Teach rigorous, standards-aligned lessons that promote mastery and critical thinking.
- Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students with clear routines and high expectations.
- Study curriculum materials deeply and complete assignment work to understand students' intellectual demands.
- Regularly analyze student work and assessment data to inform instruction and provide timely, actionable feedback.
- Engage families through regular, productive communication to support student growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders; actively seek and apply coaching to improve instruction and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.
- Teaching certification or a Master’s degree is NOT required.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation may vary based on experience. The original posting included an estimated annual figure of $32,150; exact pay will be provided by the hiring organization during the process.
