Overview

Confidential Client is hiring Entry-Level to Experienced Teachers for the 2026–27 school year. This full-time, in-person role is based in Fair Lawn, NJ and is ideal for candidates who are mission-driven, coachable, and eager to grow as classroom leaders. Prior classroom experience is helpful but not required — Confidential Client provides intensive training, ongoing coaching, and clear career pathways.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver daily lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Use a mix of instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage scholars.
• Manage a classroom of ~20+ students with structured routines and clear expectations.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to data-driven instruction.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, and staff to support academic and behavioral growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support school-wide goals and student success.

• Compensation range: $65,000 — $75,000 USD (exact pay varies by experience and role).
