Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring Entry-Level to Experienced Teachers for the 2026-27 school year. You do not need a prior background in education to apply — Confidential Client provides intensive training, coaching, and clear career pathways so talented candidates from diverse backgrounds can become outstanding classroom teachers.

What You’ll Do

• Implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and instructional goals.
• Deliver engaging, structured instruction using a variety of strategies and classroom technologies.
• Manage a classroom of approximately 20+ scholars, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observation; provide timely feedback to support growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues to support student achievement.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to support whole-school goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work (required).
• Ability to work in person in New York City area schools.
• Authorization to work in the United States (Confidential Client does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship).
• Teaching certification or a Master’s degree is NOT required for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact compensation will vary based on experience and role).
• Health, dental, and vision coverage effective on day one; employer covers a significant portion of medical plan premiums.
• $50/month cellphone stipend.
