Overview
Confidential Client is hiring Entry-Level to Experienced Teachers for the 2026–27 school year. This role is an in-person teaching position serving K-12 students with a structured, high-expectations instructional model. You do not need prior classroom experience — Confidential Client provides intensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear career pathway into school leadership.
What You’ll Do
Confidential Client expects teachers to deliver high-quality instruction, manage classrooms, and support each scholar’s academic growth using a consistent, data-informed approach.
- Plan and deliver lessons that align with curriculum standards.
- Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage students.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ students, maintaining structure and routines.
- Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, observations, and provide timely, actionable feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with colleagues and administration to support student success.

- A bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in person in New York City (this role requires in-person teaching).

Compensation & Benefits

- Compensation range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact pay depends on experience and location).
