What You’ll Do
You will deliver standards-aligned instruction, manage student learning, and partner with families and colleagues to support scholar success.
- Plan and deliver daily lessons that align with the curriculum.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and classroom technologies.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars and maintain a productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and keep accurate records.
- Communicate with families and collaborate with teachers and school staff.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required before your first day of employment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for student development and a growth mindset.
- Willingness and ability to work in person in New York City.
- Teaching certification or a Master’s degree is NOT required.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact offer varies by experience).
