Role Summary

Confidential Client is hiring a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer in West Memphis, AR. This is an entry-level seasonal role ideal for candidates who want to learn tax preparation, support taxpayers through filing and audits, and develop client-facing skills. Flexible schedules (day, night, weekends) and both full- and part-time opportunities are available.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews and collect necessary documentation.
• Prepare complete and accurate federal and state tax returns, including multiyear and multistate filings.
• Electronically file (e-file) tax returns and provide printed copies for client review.
• Provide clients with IRS audit support and future tax-planning guidance.
• Process client payments and ensure timely deposits.
• Promote additional products and services to grow the business and increase client retention.
• Handle inbound client calls routed through the national call center system.
• Resolve or escalate client issues and support office priorities through teamwork.
