Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer in Elizabethtown, PA. Training is provided — this is a client-facing role where you'll learn tax preparation, support clients through the filing process, and provide excellent customer service. Flexible scheduling options are available, including day, night, weekend, full-time, and part-time shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients to collect required information
- Prepare complete and accurate federal and state tax returns, including multiyear and multistate filings
- Provide IRS audit support and explain tax implications to clients
- Collect and process client payments and ensure timely deposits
- Advise clients on basic tax planning and answer tax-related questions
- Resolve or escalate client concerns to supervisors when appropriate
- Follow all policies and comply with applicable tax legislation and regulations
- Support team and office priorities through collaboration
Qualifications
- No college degree required — training provided for entry-level candidates
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Basic computer skills and comfort with numbers/math
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax is helpful but not required
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Schedule & Compensation
- Seasonal role with flexible scheduling options: day, night, weekends, weekdays
- Full-time or part-time availability may be offered depending on location needs
- Estimated pay: $54,698 per year (estimated)
