What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level talent for Supply Chain Operations as part of a 2027 early-career program. You’ll rotate across supply chain functions, learn practical processes, and support projects that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the global supply chain.

• Work across areas such as Supply Chain Brand Operations, Manufacturing & Execution, Supply Chain Transformation, Supply Assurance, Services Supply Chain, and Supply Chain Business Operations
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform operational decisions
• Build dashboards and presentations to summarize findings for stakeholders
• Participate in process-improvement and transformation projects leveraging emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners to execute supply chain initiatives
• Learn from experienced supply chain professionals through structured mentoring and on-the-job assignments

Required technical and professional expertise

• Strong background in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience (projects, campus organizations, or work)

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience or interest in Python, SQL, and data visualization / data management tools
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (supply chain, engineering, analytics, business, or related)
• Passion for technology and engineering, and a desire to learn analytics-driven supply chain practices

Compensation & Location

• Location: Poughkeepsie, NY (on-site / hybrid opportunities will be described during the interview)
• Estimated compensation (from source): $86,257 per year (estimated)
