Role Overview

This listing is for an Entry Level Structural Engineer joining a confidential client’s engineering team in Manhattan, NY. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on structural design, analysis, drawing production, and coordination across multidisciplinary projects.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform structural design for steel, concrete, wood, and masonry projects.
  • Prepare load calculations and sizing for structural elements.
  • Produce drawings and details using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Conduct site visits to survey conditions and monitor construction progress.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support project documentation, reviews, and quality checks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (entry-level / recent graduates encouraged).
  • EIT certification or active plans to obtain one.
  • Basic proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or structural analysis software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
