What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Structural (Bridge) Engineer to join their Manhattan, NY team. As an early-career member of the structural group you will support design and delivery of bridges and related civil structures.

• Assist with bridge design for steel and concrete structures
• Perform structural modeling and analysis
• Prepare structural calculations and load ratings
• Produce plans and construction documents
• Support code research, write specifications, and assist with permitting
• Collaborate with project teams and other disciplines to deliver quality designs
• Travel/driving for site visits and project needs (a clean driving record is required)
• Work in environments that may require eligibility for or possession of a security clearance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering required; MS preferred
• 0–4 years of relevant experience; previous internships are welcome
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) credential preferred
• Proficiency with CADD (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD) required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Desire to work collaboratively in team environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Additional Details

• Projected salary range: $84,000 - $86,500 annually. The range is a good-faith estimate and may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
• At this time, Confidential Client will not sponsor applicants for work authorization.
• This is a full-time position.
• Entry-level program: new hires often join a peer cohort with structured professional development and team-building activities.
